Growth Track exists to provide easy and obvious next steps for people who want to know more about RCC.

Growth Track consists of 4 Sunday afternoon environments offered each month. Classes will alternate each month between Blountstown and Marianna campuses.

Church 101 is a basic introduction to the mission of RCC and will help you understand how to partner with RCC in ministry. This is offered on the first Sunday of every month and is from 3:00-6:00pm (Dinner is provided).

Essentials 201 guides you through the essential beliefs every Christian needs to continue growing in their walk with Christ. This takes place on the second Sunday of every month from 3:00-5:00pm (Snacks are provided).

Discovery 301 will help you discover how God can use your personality and gifts together for the best fit in ministry. Discovery 301 is offered on the third Sunday of every month from 3:00-4:30pm (Snacks are provided).

Dream Team 401 will help you become part of our Dream Team as you find a place to get involved in ministry. This is offered on the fourth Sunday of every the month from 3:00-4:00pm (Snacks are provided).
